The regional director of Civil Protection in Bizerte, Kamal Meliti revealed that the Civil Protection services in the governorate of Bizerte conducted almost 1,000 field interventions during July.
Field interventions, in particular road rescue, ranked first with 507 interventions, while the rest of the operations involved firefighting and beach rescue, he added.
