Tunisia-Bizerte: Demolition of illegal constructions to preserve beauty of city

This Tuesday, in the region of Dar Khdaar in Rafraf, in the municipality of Ras Jebel, in the governorate of Bizerte, local authorities executed ten decisions to demolish and remove illegal constructions erected without legal permission.

The governor of Bizerte, Samir Abdellaoui, emphasised that this operation carried out in partnership between the municipality of Ras Jebel, the Maritime Guard, the municipality of Rafraf, and the Coastal Protection Agency, seeks to eliminate all forms of illegal occupation of the maritime public domain.

These measures are part of an effort to maintain the aesthetics of the city and ensure compliance with the law, in anticipation of preparation for the summer season which will start next March.
