Tunisia-Boutheina Ben Kridis: The dialogue will bring together Kais Saied and young Tunisians

Speaking to a private radio station, researcher in public international law Boutheina Ben Kridis said that the President of the Republic Kais Saied did not mandate anyone to speak on his behalf, officially, although “the president believed in us we believed in him, so our visions are the same ”.

She called the fears about the presidency of the Republic’s project excessive, specifying that all decisions will be taken following a referendum or a political reform commission.

“The dialogue will bring together Kais Saied and young Tunisians and will concentrate on the essential solutions to current challenges, especially on the economic and social levels” she revealed.

She added that the application of Article 80 and exceptional measures are the direct outcome of the abuses that have taken place over the past decade.
