An additional 1.322 people tested positive for coronavirus after 3494 tests were performed on October 21, the Health Ministry said on Friday. This takes total infection numbers to 47,214.
44 more COVID-19 fatalities were reported, bringing the death toll to 784 the Ministry further said.
1058 (+24) patients are currently hospitalised, including 163 (+5) in intensive care and 98 (+3) on life support
