936 more cases of infection with the new coronavirus were recorded on September 26 bringing the infection tally to 16,114, the Health Ministry said on Sunday, September 27. According to the same source, 7 more deaths were also recorded, bringing the death toll to 214 .
Moreover, 292 patients with COVID-19 are currently hospitalised, of whom 76 are admitted to intensive care including 36 under Artificial respiration.
The ministry’s report classified 17 “HOT SPOT” delegations, meaning that they recorded 250 infections for every 100,000 residents.
