Tunisia-Breaking news: Coronavirus death toll in Tunisia passes 8000 mark

27 deaths and 662  COVID-19 infection cases were registered, on February 27 bringing the overall number of deaths to 8001  and the number of confirmed cases to 233 277, since the outbreak of pandemic says the Health Ministry.

Meanwhile, recoveries rose to 198,006 after documenting 387  new recoveries.

Currently, 1108 people are hospitalized, of whom 266  are admitted to intensive care in both public and private hospital facilities and 102 put on ventilators, said the same source
