Six imported cases of infection with COVID-19 were recorded on July 5, out of 258 tests carried out including four to monitor previous cases, announced the Health Ministry’s periodic report.
This takes the overall number of confirmed cases of contamination with COVID-19 to 1205 , out of 73610 overall tests carried out.
The number of patients who recovered has reached 1049 and 106 others still carry the virus and are followed up in specific accommodation centres. Furthermore, one case is currently hospitalized.
The number of deaths from COVID19 is stable at 50, according to the same source.
