The health ministry announced that the infection tally has soared to 276.727 after reporting 2123 new cases on April 13.
During the same time, there have been 84 deaths, bringing the death toll to 9.480.
Meanwhile, the recovery increased by 1487 to 229 754.
2270 hospitalisations were recorded on the same date, including 446 in intensive care units and 140 under ventilators in public and private health facilities.
