According to data published by the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT), transfers from Tunisians abroad reached an amount of 6,896.1 million dinars at the end of November 2023, compared to 6,687.9 million dinars during the same period in 2022, reflecting an increase of around 3%.
In terms of tourism revenue, they amounted to 6,575.7 million dinars by the end of November 2023, compared to 5,038.5 million dinars in the same period. Transfers from Tunisians abroad and tourism receipts together constitute approximately 53% of net foreign currency assets.
