The Competition Council reported that it decided on March 13, 2024, to temporarily halt the decision of the Tunisian National Bar Association relating to the upward revision of lawyers’ fees, per Law 35 -2015 relating to competition and prices.
As a reminder, the National Order of Tunisia issued , on January 24, 2023, a reference table of minimum lawyers’ fees according to the type of case.
