Tunisia- Coronavirus: 268 passengers on cruise ship from Italy placed in quarantine

 The 268 passengers of the cruise ship coming from Italy were placed in self-quarantine, Director-General of the National Observatory of New and Emerging Diseases, Nissaf Ben Alaya said Tuesday.

Ben Alaya also announced the creation of an application allowing anyone arriving in Tunisia from any country in the world to fill in a form that allows monitoring his health status remotely.

Regarding the penalties imposed on persons who do not comply with the instructions required by the Ministry of Health, the official stressed that they can go up to 6 months imprisonment and a fine of 1500 dinars.
