The national containment centre in Monastir, whose capacity does not exceed 200 beds, now houses 336 people with the coronavirus, said Mohamed Habib Kchaou, interim minister of health last night.
The minister also said that other centres will be created in the north and south of the country to cope with the second wave of Covid-19, according to Radio Monastir.
