Tunisia-COVID-19: 14 more confirmed cases , Death toll rises to 41

On Thursday night, the Ministry of Health affirmed the existence of 14  new COVID-19 cases, increasing the total number of people tested positive for the virus in the nation to 994.

The ministry highlighted in a statement, “Following a total of 895  lab tests, 42 cases tested positive, of which 14 were new cases and 28 were previously confirmed cases who were still infected with this virus.”

So far, as many as 305  cases were successfully recovered in the country, while the death toll reached 41, according to the statement.

It emphasized, “The number of hospitalized COVID-19 patients reached 66, including 24 patients in intensive care units.”
