9 COVID-19 deaths and 1,236 infections were logged on March 2 from 6,354 tests (19.45% positivity rate), taking the caseload to 1,001,754 and death toll to 27,874, the Health Ministry said.
The number of recoveries rose by 2,351, hitting 961,303.
