The regional health director in Gafsa Salem Nassri told private radio this morning that Cybercafé in the region have given citizens illegal and unaccredited vaccine passes.
He emphasised that the granting of this certificate does not fall within the competence of these establishments, adding that an inquiry has been opened to this effect.
