The Ministry of Health has published the results of its preliminary investigation into the death of Yassine Mesbah, who passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2020, at Hédi Chaker University Hospital in Sfax. Investigations have revealed that the young man died due to Medical negligence as he didn’t receive the necessary medical supervision when he was in critical condition.
In an issued statement, the ministry said that investigations are being conducted to determine out the exact circumstances of the death.
Previously, The public prosecutor at the Sfax 2 Court of First Instance decided to initiate an investigation into the circumstances of the death.
