The Democratic bloc has filed an appeal with the administrative court against a decision signed by House Speaker Rached Ghannouchi on mandating his chief staff Habib Khedher.
According to Mosaïque FM, The appeal inquires the cancellation of this decision which was issued in the JORT on March 26, 2020, and its suspension.
The measure that does not comply with article 50 of the parliament internal regulations. This clause indicates that the house speaker ARP can delegate part of his prerogatives to his deputies and not to his chief of staff, the democratic bloc said in its appeal.
