Tunisia-Douz placed under lockdown due to COVID-19

The regional commission for the fight against the coronavirus in Douz decided in the presence of regional officials to impose a 14  days lockdown in the delegations of Douz north and Douz south from this Friday, November 27.

It was furthermore decided to introduce compulsory Quarantine of 14 days for all virus carriers and to strengthen control measures and to close schools for 5 days from November 27, 2020, until December 2, 2020, to sterilize the premises.

The governorate has, in the same vein, indicated that the region will be supplied with rapid tests, in order to detect the infected people before it is too late.
