Tunisia-Earthquake in Turkey: two missing Tunisians found safe and sound

Two Tunisian nationals who had been missing in Turkey since yesterday were found safe, on Tuesday, February 7.

The first national, Jihene Ghariani, an English teacher, who lives in Hatay (Antakya) had been missing since yesterday.

She was discovered healthy and saved, announced her sister on  Mosaique FM. The young woman had taken shelter in a park with other inhabitants, far from large constructions and buildings and could not reach her family following a network problem.

In addition, the Consulate General of Tunisia in Istanbul confirmed that it could contact young Tunisian Rami Mmsaddek, a footballer in Hatay when his family had lost all contact with him after the earthquake.

The consulate is coordinating evacuation to Tunisia.
