Tunisia-Elloumi: Anyone calling to dissolve the parliament must be executed

Qalb Tounes MP Iyadh Elloumi proposed, in a post published on his Facebook page this Thursday, December 10, 2020, to apply article 72, of the penal code, against any person claiming the dissolution of parliament.

As follows the article in question:

“Is punished with death, the perpetrator of the attack aiming to change the form of government, to incite people to arm themselves against them or to provoke disorder, murder or looting in the territory Tunisian. “
