Ennahda MP Zeineb Brahmi announced her intention to press charges against Abir Moussi following the latter’s rise on the parliament platform during the plenary session of July 14, Shems FM reported.
The deputy saw in this act a disruption of the work of the parliament and a violation of article 136 of the penal code relating to the provocation of a work stoppage.
