Tunisia – Ennahdha demands vote for Najla Bouden’s government by parliament

Ennahdha’s executive office said on Thursday that designating a government, based on a presidential decree, is unconstitutional and will make it an illegitimate government. This will only increase the political and social crisis in the country.

It demanded that the government of Najla Bouden be passed by a vote of confidence in the parliament and called for an end to the exceptional arrangements governing the country.
