Tunisia-Ennahdha denounces arrest of Habib Ellouze by strangers

Ennahdha firmly denounced “the anarchic detentions of several personalities, demanding their immediate release while condemning the media campaigns undertaken by certain parts known for their hostility towards Ennahdha and their slander of the party and its leaders despite the principle of presumption of innocence”.

“The arrest of Habib Ellouze by unidentified elements and without respecting the legal procedures of use”, read the press release.

Ennahdha movement calls to put an end to this campaign of arrests and makes authorities assume responsibility for everything that can result from it.

In conclusion, the same press release believes that these practices constitute “a new try to divert the attention of public opinion from the burning files, from the failure of the choices of the authors of the putsch” who raised the burden of the Tunisians by the increases Prices, the disappearance of basic food products including “bread, water, milk, sugar, sugar and school supplies …”.
