Tunisia-Fayçal Tebbini: In the absence of the Constitutional Court, Kais Saied is the Constitutional Court

Remarking on the latest statements by President Kais Saied, MP Fayçal Tebbini stated that in the absence of the Constitutional Court, Kais Saied is the Constitutional Court. He further noted, during the vote on the ministerial reshuffle, that the prime minister is called upon to consult the President of the Republic before moving to the parliament.

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, the MP also explained that the reshuffle in question will worsen the situation in the nation, noting that the proposed ministers cannot perform their duties before taking the oath.
