Tunisia-FM Noureddine Erray Talks with Mauritanian counterpart

Foreign Minister Noureddine Erray had a phone conversation with his Mauritanian counterpart Ismail Ould Sheikh Ahmed.
The two parties reviewed approaches to promote bilateral co-operation in various fields, particularly those of investment and trade.
Erray revealed Tunisia’s solidarity with Mauritania in its efforts to fight the COVID-19 and contain its health and economic consequences.
The two ministers exchanged views on the progress of the situation regionally and internationally as well as on issues of common interest, especially the Libyan issue.
Noureddine Erray and Ismail Ould Sheikh Ahmed emphasised the necessity to unite efforts to reactivate the political process in Libya and attain an inter-Libyan political outcome that can guarantee the security and stability of the Libyan people and guarantee unity and progress for this country.
