Tunisia-Gafsa: Suspension of the traffic of phosphate transport trains

Workers and executives of the National Railway Company today launched an open strike throughout  Gafsa mining basin to command the payment of their unpaid wages(for the month of November), according to Tunisie Numérique correspondent in Gafsa.
Our correspondent said that this prompted the suspension of the traffic of trains transporting phosphates and goods from Metlaoui and Mdhilla to the Tunisian chemical complex (GCT) and the Tunisian-Indian Fertilizer Company (TIFERT) in Gabes and Skhira.
