Tunisia-HAICA asks Hannibal TV to immediately stop broadcasting

The High Independent Broadcasting Authority (HAICA)  addressed correspondence on Monday, October 12, 2020, to Hannibal TV, directing to stop broadcasting immediately so that it is not forced to take the necessary legal measures.

On September 7, 2020, the HAICA declared the decision to suspend the procedures for regularizing the status of the aforementioned channel for non-execution of the procedures for changing the legal nature of the company that operates it from a limited liability company to a public limited company. in accordance with the provisions of the terms of reference relating to obtaining a license to create and operate a television channel.
