Tunisia-Hichem Ajbouni questions return of stolen money

In a post published on his official page, Democratic Currentmember  Hichem Ajbouni questioned the restitution of the money looted abroad. “French and Swiss justice will not deal with Tunisian justice concerning the file of looted money because the President of the Republic Kais Saïed harmed his own credibility after the dissolution of the Superior Council of the Judiciary ( CSM) and the establishment of a new provisional council. Added to this, the dismissal of several magistrates for rejecting to apply illegal instructions, therefore the absence of guarantees for a fair trial,” reads his post.
