- 500 gr of flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 sachet of baker’s yeast
- 25 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Lukewarm water (the amount depends on the flour
- 2 potatoes
- Tuna
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- Olives
- Harissa
- Chopped parsley
Preparation of the dough:
Mix the flour with the salt and the yeast
Add the egg and olive oil, as well as the water
Blend the mixture well by hand until you get a soft dough (which does not stick to your hands)
Leave it for an hour and a half (1h30min)
Make small balls and let be for another 30 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan for 10 minutes
Fry the dough until it swells
Preparation of the fricassee:
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, cover them with cold water for 25 to 30 minutes
As soon as the potatoes are cooked, add salt, pepper and a little oil
Chop the hard-boiled eggs
Open the fricassees like a sandwich, spread the Harissa, place the potato pieces, tuna, olives, parsley and chopped eggs.
