Tunisia-I WATCH calls on members of the new government to declare their assets remotely

IWATCH called on prime minister Najla Bouden as well as the new members of the government to disclose their assets and interests in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 46 of the year 2018 associating with the declaration of assets and interests, to the fight against illicit enrichment and conflicts of interest.

Even with the shut down of the headquarters of the INLUCC, it is still possible to make this declaration remotely through the site www.tasrih.tn .I WATCH further called on Najla Boden to issue as expeditiously as possible the administration order to release the contents of statements that previous governments have sought to avoid at all costs.

The organization likewise called on the Minister of the Interior to review the closure of the INLUCC headquarters and the president of the Administrative Tribunal to review as quickly as possible the request submitted by IWATCH on the halt of the execution of the decision on the closure of the proceeding.
