I Watch got a copy of the “secret agreement” approved between the judicial structures and the government, following an open strike by magistrates, which started in early November and lasted until December 24, 2021.
This was achieved through a request for access to information that the organization had addressed to the Ministry of Justice on February 10, 2021.
The NGO revealed its bewilderment that this document was not released by the ministry without being forced to do so.
Recall that the right of access to information is backed by law according to article 32 of the Tunisian Constitution.
