Tunisia-Algeria FM delivers a message from Abdelmajid Tabboun to Kais Saied

President of the Republic Kais Saied welcomed Algerian Foreign Minister Sabri Boukadoum who conveyed to him a message from his counterpart Abdelmajid Tabboun.

The meeting centred on the historic relationships between Tunisia and Algeria and the approaches employed to consolidate, support and advance them. In addition, the two officials addressed the general situation in the region.

For his part, the President of the Republic emphasised that Tunisia has always chosen to consolidate collaboration and partnership between the two nations as well as strengthening consultation in bilateral issues and regional and international matters.

He further asked Boukadoum to convey his greetings to his Algerian counterpart expressing his willingness to operate together and strengthen solidarity between the two countries. For his part, Boukadoum reported that Algeria and Tunisia face common challenges and share the same ambitions for a future characterised by development and stability.
