Tunisia-INM: Aid El-Idha is on Saturday July 9, 2022

The National Institute of Meteorology (INM), revealed this Sunday, June 26, 2022, that according to astronomical forecasts, the lunar crescent marking the start of Dhou Al Hijja will be visible Wednesday, June 29 after sunset in Tunisia and in some Arab and Muslim countries.

According to these data, the first day of Dhou El-Hijja of the year 1443 of the Hegira corresponds to Thursday, June 30, 2022, and Aid EL-Idha will occur on Saturday, July 9, 2022.

In Tunisia, Dhou El Hijja crescent observation operation is planned for Wednesday, June 29 after sunset when the moon will be seen in all Tunisian cities for 39 to 42 minutes. It will be at maximum height in the city of Tozeur at around 6.39 degrees, specifies the INM.
