The Independent Higher Authority for Elections (ISIE) instructed yesterday Wednesday, a bailiff to establish a report on the posts, published on social networks, by its member Sami Ben Slama, Mosaique FM reports.
According to a copy of the report, the ISIE accuses Ben Slama of disclosing professional secrecy, by making public untrue information that affects the credibility of the body and its independence. He is likewise accused of violation of the right of reserve, defamation and actions outside the framework of the ISIE.
