Tunisia-Iyadh Elloumi: Penal reconciliation project will be a new hit for Tunisia

Iyadh Elloumi told Tunisie Numérique that the penal reconciliation project launched by the President of the Republic Kais Saied will be a new hit for Tunisia on all facades.

He added that this project was one of the causes behind the dissolution of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM). “This is a sterile project,” he confirmed.
The parliamentarian pointed out, in the same vein, the absence of the principles of a fair trial in Tunisia.
