Tunisia-Jawher Mbarek:”The term Caretaker government doesn’t exist in the constitution “

Constitutional law expert Jawher Mbarek asserted that the prime minister has the jurisdiction of appointing and dismissing ministers.

In a statement to Shems FM, Mbarek exclaimed that the head of government enjoys his authority legally till the last moment of his term.

He pointed out that terms such as “caretaker Government” are only journalistic term, adding that the government enjoys its jurisdiction and carry out its duties till its last day.
