The investigating judge in Jendouba first instance court issued an Arrest warrant against a 55-year-old man for diverting and raping a 15-year-old child.
The child family filed a complaint in the National Guard Center in Souk Sabt against the detained who was kept in liberty after arresting him for three days. He was thrown in jail after hearing all parties.
