Tunisia-Jendouba: He threatens female teachers with a knife to make them wear the Hijab

A former political prisoner, equipped with a knife, raided a primary school in Fernana (Jendouba governorate) and commanded one of the teachers to wear the veil,  general secretary of the union of basic education in the region Fathi Ghazouani announced.

As the school did not have a caretaker, the principal and other teachers asked the individual to get out. Nonetheless, the latter continued standing in front of the door of the school and made the same call to another teacher.

According to Mr  Ghazouani, the individual in question had previously warned students to kill them by cutting off their heads if they did not change their behaviour by wearing the veil. He stated this is a dangerous person who poses a real threat, particularly to students, calling on the authorities to act quickly.
