Tunisia-Jendouba: Seizure of two trucks loaded with smuggled cows worth 168 thousand dinars

Security units in Jendouba seized two trucks packed with cows intended for smuggling to Algeria. The security units began the operation after a monitoring and follow-up process. Two trucks were intercepted on an agricultural road in the suburbs of the city of Fernana, transporting a number of cows worth 168 thousand dinars planned for smuggling through the Tunisian-Algerian border areas.
 
The cows and the two trucks were seized and placed at the municipal warehouse, while the drivers were kept under arrest, and they will be brought to justice for smuggling cows.
