Tunisia-JORT: Magistrates will be denied of their right to strike

According to what was issued today in the JORT in regard to the creation of a provisional Superior Council of the Judiciary, the magistrates will be denied their right to strike.
 
According to this decree, magistrates are banned “from organizing any collective action likely to disrupt the normal functioning of the courts”.
