The public prosecution of Kairouan Court first of instance issued a detention warrant against Sbikha Municipal President and his brother. Both of them, as well as a third party, are accused of collecting municipal taxes from merchants illegally.
Other accusations include violation of the government instruction in regard to the lockdown.
