The President of the Republic, Kais Saied oversaw today, Wednesday, December 22, 2021, a close ministerial meeting with prime minister Ms Najla Bouden, the Minister of Finance, Ms Sihem Nemsia and the Minister of ‘Economy and Planning, Mr Samir Saied.
This meeting was dedicated to the examination of the draft budget and the finance and economic finance law for the year 2022.

According to the press release from the President of the Republic, published this evening on his page, Saied declined what circulated in some social media regarding the finance bill for 2022, highlighting that this document was prepared as part of the willingness of the State to send positive messages to the different economic actors in Tunisia, as well as to Tunisia’s partners and donors abroad.
