The members of the bureau of the Bar Association branch in Kef voted at an extraordinary plenary session on Wednesday evening, October 14, 2020, to withdraw the president’s confidence.
The withdrawal of confidence took place in the presence of 54 lawyers, 53 of whom voted, for the withdrawal of confidence, including three members of the bureau which includes 5 members. The session was attended by a member of the national bar.
One of the lawyers clarified that the reasons for the withdrawal of confidence are motivated by the mismanagement by the president of the office of lawyers’ affairs in Kef
