The Minister specified that this project is the cornerstone of the digitization of administrative services and the electronic key that will permit secure access to portals and digital platforms. It is the device that will make it likely to verify the identity and the electronic signature permitting to obtain official documents without moving.
This is the basis of the system that will put an ending to bureaucracy in addition to ensuring efficiency, transparency and quality. Citizens can verify their identities with operators.
A digital identifier and a code will be sent in a message which will then be employed to access the platform. The site www.e-houwiya.tn will be the first access for consultation, updating and cancellation of codes or for any complaint. The Minister confirmed that this service will be free in its experimental phase. The whole project is part of the national strategy to digitize services for citizens and to facilitate administrative measures while decreasing waiting times.
