Tunisia-Leaked document relating to coup: public prosecutor opens an investigation

Speaking to the TAP agency, official spokesperson for the Tunis Court of First Instance Mohsen Dali declared on Friday, May 28, 2021, that the public prosecutor at the Tunis Court of First Instance had initiated an inquiry into the alleged “Leaked document” relating to a “coup” and attributed by some sites to the Presidency of the Republic.

Mohsen Dali revealed that the proceedings were initiated by order of the Attorney General at the Tunis Court based on a request made by the interim Minister of Justice.
