26 challenges against the preliminary results of the December 17 legislative elections have been filed with the Administrative Court since last Tuesday and up to December 22, judge Olfa Guirass told TAP on Thursday.
Six of those were filed on Wednesday and will be examined on Saturday, December 24, while the other four were received on Thursday and will be examined tomorrow Saturday, she specified.
The Independent Higher Authority for the Elections had announced at a press conference last Monday the preliminary results of the first round of the legislative elections.
Twenty-three candidates out of 1,055 had won Parliamentary seats in the first round.
A second round will take place after the announcement of the final results, on January 19, 2023.
