The Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) issued yesterday a guide on the rules and procedures of the legislative campaign on December 17, 2022.
The guide clarifies the legal framework of the campaign and stresses the principles to be respected, including impartiality and equal opportunity.
It recollects that any security or military who participates in the activities of the campaign risks being dismissed by virtue of a decision of the Honorary Council or the Disciplinary Council.
