The Criminal Chamber of the Tunis Court of Appeal decided on Thursday, December 1, 2022, to free businessman Lazhar Sta, while delaying the deliberations and the pronouncement of the judgment against him.
It is recalled that Lazhar Sta was condemned to eight years in prison, and a fine of 45 million dinars (MDT).
