Tunisia- List of new priority categories to be vaccinated

Speaking at today’s press conference, Health Minister Faouzi Mehdi declared the list of new priority categories to be vaccinated include the following:

• Transplant patients or applicants for a transplant Hemodialysis patients
• Symptomatic hemoglobinopathies People with Down’s syndrome (Down’s syndrome)
• Pregnant women from the 16th week, In addition, people who have suffered from: Hepatic cirrhosis stages 2 and 3 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
• Myopathy Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis Myasthenia gravis Mental disorders: schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, delusional disorders, autism Morbid obesity Type 1 diabetes
• Reduced left ventricular function

The minister added that those concerned can include all the required information on the Evax platform. A team of experts will examine the medical file to determine whether the person in question is a priority to be vaccinated.
