Tunisia-Local elections: Administrative Court rejects all appeals

The Administrative Court today disclosed its final ruling in the seven appeals it was handling as part of the latest round of disputes relating to the results of the first round of the local elections in December 2023. The seven appeals were denied for vice in form and substance.

The Court affirms that all these judgments are definitive and irrevocable and cannot be the subject of any appeal, not even in cassation, by the provisions of the electoral law.
